Next Marketing and Training Plan for Executive Members World Wide Conference Call Changed to Monday,

The first Webinar was conducted today on the Internet for the real estate industry . . . world wide.

Three SOLD OUT sessions were conducted with brokers and salespeople in North America. Everyone participated in the meeting from the comfort of their own home/business office.

It was a presentation Moderated by Gary Nusca, CCIM, ICIWorld.net with Guest Speaker and Presenter Jennifer Anderson, Senior Market Research Analyst, Point2 Realty Solutions Inc.

The attendance included residential and commercial real estate broker and salesperson members of ICIWorld in Ontario, British Columbia, Georgia, California, Michigan, Ohio, and Florida.

There were brokers and salespeople from Realty Executives, HomeLife, Real Estate One, Re/Max, Tradeworld, Coldwell Banker, Royal LePage and other independents. Other attendees.

Everyone participated by clicking on a link which provided a program that displayed what was on Jennifer Anderson's computer onto everyone's computer.

At the same time, everyone called in to a special phone number so that everyone was listening on their phone while Jennifer was talking and displaying how to operate, design and manage ones own real estate web site.

During the session, Jennifer handed over the meeting to Gary Nusca, CCIM who then demonstrated how leads are generated from the content one can place on their web site from ICIWorld that provides services to the public and helps brokers and salespeople make money.

It was an outstanding success on this first of its kind for both ICIWorld and Point2 Realty Solutions and it will now become a permanent part of having industry wide meetings to educate, training and inform real estate practitioners on the benefits and actual workings of the Internet.

A friendly presentation where the participants could listen and watch and ask questions. It was awesome just watching my computer screen and she showed us the workings of building an effective web site and listening to Jennifer at the same time.

We did not have to travel to go anywhere.

It was a historical event!
